ShareMayonnaise is a frequently used condiment. Usually, the spread contains eggs and oil, but Margaret Gallant's plant based version uses protein packed tofu and fresh lemon juice. INGREDIENTS: 1 (14oz) Block of tofu Firm 1/2 cup unsweetened soy milk 2 tbsp lemon juice, fresh 1 tsp garlic powder 1/2 tsp onion powder 1 1/2 tbsp instant clear gel 1 tsp salt (Optional) 1/4 tsp mustard seed powder DIRECTIONS: 1. Put all ingredients into a blender and blend on high speed for 1 2 minutes or until a clear gel has activated. 2. Pour mayo into a jar and place it in the fridge to harden.
