On December 2, 2006, Pastor Dwight Nelson, senior pastor of the Pioneer Memorial Seventh day Adventist Church at Andrews University, Berrien Springs, Michigan told his congregation that the God of the Bible is the same as the god the Muslims worship. In his message, entitled "Star Still Rising Over Islam", Pastor Nelson asserted that the three wise men were of Islamic background, yet he never informed his congregation that Islam started in the 7th century AD, almost 700 years after. Stating that the God of the Bible is the same as the god of the Koran is not just false, it is downright diabolic. Muslims do not accept Christ as the Son of God, nor do they believe in salvation by grace, they believe in a works based salvation. The Koran says that unbelievers (infidels) must be punished, the Bible says that we must love our enemies, and do good to those that hate us certainly not in keeping with Islamic tradition. The God of the Bible asks, "To whom will ye liken Me, and make Me equal, and compare Me, that we may be like?" Isaiah 46:5. Simply put, the God of the Bible, the Lord Jehovah, Jesus Christ Himself is NOT Allah. "The Advent Message to all the world in this generation." The content of this video is not owned by me.
