In January, the Biden administration began phasing out Red No. 3, which must be eliminated from food by January 2027 and from medications by 2028 due to evidence it causes cancer in rats. Kennedy is now pushing to ban the remaining eight petroleum based dyes approved by the FDA. It's about time we get rid of these additives in our foods.
